Spring Showers In Fall

Tis Spring up in the north of the world
But down in the south it's autumn
The autumn rains bring showers you see
And the flowers are less but the colour's still there.


One day I may visit the sisters of the north
and watch as the April seeds spring forth
But no matter when you see spring in your town
The sun and the shade and the rain soaked is the same.


Spring does attract me to see the florals all around
It's like a painting of life and a smile it does bring
For now I will lie in my hammock and dream
Of the spring that will soon be here with the tulips of life it may bring.
